A delegation comprising 9 students and one teacher of Sadiq Public School namely Muhammad Mohkum Awaisi, Furqan Nadeem, Bilal Malik, Shees Malik, Hassaan Jhandir, Abdullah Rahim, Haseeb Qadir, Hassan Khalid and Usman Ahmed Qureshi accompanied by Sheikh Muhammad Najib Ur Rahman visited Turkey. The delegation landed at Istanbul on 2nd January 2015 Friday, offered Friday Prayer at Grand Mosque Istanbul and left for the Capital of Turkey, Ankara. The delegation visited a few universities in Ankara including Turgut Ozal University in Ankara which is ranked First in Medicine and Health Sciences in Europe. Furthermore, Anatakbir commonly known as Attaturk Maosoluem which has a deep seeded historical background of the second world war and Grand Mosque Ankara were visited. Emre Younas and Abdullah Jan, two of active members of the Pak-Turk Foundation accompanied the delegation. Konya was visited by the delegation where the Tomb of the great Sufi Saint Maulana Jalal ud Din Rumi was also visited. The personality has a great role in rejuvenation of Islam in Turkey before the Ottoman Rule. A shopping mall in the Merkiz of Konya was also visited where the delegation also went to the forty second floor and witnessed a charismatic sight right in the heart of Konya. The next day was spent traveling to Cappodocia where Goreme and Cavusun worship place built by a civilization, about 3000BC which were visited in a short stay at that place. A visit to Kayseri was also organized by Emre and his team. A visit to MelikShah University, a renowned university for Engineering and Business Administration was arranged by the delegation and later skiing and Jet skiing was done at Mount Erciyes at Kayseri. The delegation moved to Istanbul later where the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia were visited. All there attractions had an immense historical background, Topkapi Palace being the place where all decisions regarding ruling the entire world were made by Ottomans, Blue Mosque being a wonder in itself made by Sultan Mehmet and Hagia Sophia made in 350AD were worth watching. A cruise tour of the entire city of Istanbul was also organized and wonderful scenes were captured by those ten eyes. Archeological Museum, Carpet Museum and Press Museum was also visited by the delegation . Istanbul University was also visited by the delegation and the International students office welcomed the delegation there.
