New School transport service 2014-2015
Dear Parent, Assalam-o-Alaikum
We would like to inform the parents whose children are using school transport that from September 2014 the school has
outsourced its transport services to “Emirates Transport” a highly reputed and quality bus service provider. Keeping in view of
changes in RTA rules and also to provide safety and comfort of the students the following changes are made:
1. Introducing brand new buses all 2014 models with zero mileage.
2. Reduced number of students in each bus for comfortable seating.
3. All the buses are equipped with CCTV cameras to monitor the students and bus official.
4. Female conductor/attendants.
Important: All these changes to provide excellent transport facilities has forced us to make a nominal increase of 12%.
You are requested to contact the transport department between 8:30 am to 12:30 pm between 2nd & 4th September 2014 to
finalize the details and sign the annual transport contract.

2. It is compulsory to buy the text books and note books (full set only) from KG to Grade 11 from the school bookstore.Please do not buy from outside.
3. School Uniform will be available with our official supplier. There is change in P.E uniform and footwear. You are advised to buy the uniform from the official supplier to avoid any variation in colour & pattern in uniform & shoes.
4. As informed earlier school will not be able to issue any documents such as Transfer Certificate/Leaving Certificate/Conduct certificate etc…. during the vacation from 1st July 2014 to 31st August 2014. However the school office will remain open during summer vacation in Ramadan timing: 9:00am – 1:00pm and after Ramadan: 8:00am – 1:00pm.
5.If re-registration is not done it will be the sole responsibility of the parent, if the seat is allocated to new students.
6.New transport service and change in bus fees from September 2014. A separate circular with all details is attached herewith.

Important Announcement
Dear Parents, Assalam – o- Alaikum
Your kind attention is invited to the following:
1. The Annual Examination result will be declared on Sunday, 29th
2. Imp: Parents who wish to withdraw their ward(s) from school must apply for T.C before Wednesday, 25th
be able to issue any certificate, letter/document, leaving certificate etc. during vacation.
3. We have a long waiting list of admission. Parents who have Not re-registered their ward(s) may please complete the TC formalities as we
have started to allot your ward’s seat to new admissions.
4. Please clear all fee dues if any, including school transport up to June2014 at the earliest to avoid any inconvenience on the result day.
Accounts office will be open from 08:30am to 12:30pm on result day. (Fees will not be accepted after 11:30am). Parents who clear all fee dues on
result day will get the result of their ward on the following day. So kindly clear the dues before 29th
5. School office timings (Sun – Thurs) during Ramadan will be from 9:00am to 1:00pm and after Ramadan from 8:00am to 1:00pm until 30th
August 2014.
6. Re-examination instructions :
a. Re-examination will be held on 23rd
b. List of retest students will be declared on or before Tuesday, 17th June for Grade 3 – 7 and Thursday, 19th June 2014 for Grade 8 – 10.
c. Students failing to appear for re-exam will be detained.
d. A re-exam fee of Dhs 150/- irrespective of number of subjects has to be paid before the start of re-examination and also fee dues, if any; including
school transport should be cleared.
e. Portion for re-examination will be the same as that of the annual examination.
f. Retest fee receipt for Dhs. 150/- has to be submitted to the Exam In-charge, before the start of the re-examination.
g. Re-exam students must come in proper school uniform.
h. School transport will not be available during re-test days.
8. It is compulsory to buy the textbooks and notebooks (KG I to Grade 11) only from the school bookstore. Please do not buy from outside.
9. Parents are advised not to buy school uniform including shoes (regular shoes black and sports) for the new academic year as there are going to be
some changes in uniform for the year 2014-2015. Kindly wait for the details. This year the school is trying to arrange all these items including shoes
to maintain uniformity.

Annual written examination
Dear Parent, Assalam-o-Alaikum
Your kind attention is invited to the following points:
- Annual written examination starts on Tuesday, 3rd June 2014. During examination period the school timings for students will be from 7:30am to 10:30am. Students who come by private transport should be picked up from school at 10:30am.
- Students will have a study holiday tomorrow, Monday 2nd June 2014. However the school office will remain open tomorrow and during examination from 7:30am to 1:30pm.
- All fee dues if any should be cleared before the commencement of the examination to avoid any inconvenience.
- Re-registration: – School has started releasing the seats of those students who have NOT yet re-registered for next year. Incase you have not yet confirmed the seat for your ward for the new academic year 2014-2015 you are at
a risk of losing the seat. School will Not be responsible if your ward’s place is given to new admission. - Re-registration will only be done if all fee dues of the current year are paid.
- Please ensure the following during examination:
a) Your ward comes to school on time, reporting 7:30am. No extra time will be given to late comers.
b) Students must come regular to school. P.E uniform is not allowed and bring all the necessary /required materials such as stationery, geometry box, calculators etc. Preferably in a transparent pouch/pencil case. Lending and borrowing of such materials is strictly not allowed.
c) If any student found involved in any unfair means in the examination, he/she will be debarred from rest of the examination. He/she will be declared failed and will also be expelled from the school.
- Parents are advised not to buy school uniform including shoes (both black and sports) for the new academic year as there are going to be some changes in uniform for the year 2014-2015. Kindly wait for the details. This year the school is trying to arrange all these items to maintainuniformity.
